Milling spindle thermal model
Chlapek, Ondřej ; Musil, Filip (referee) ; Hadraba, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create two thermal models (black box and grey box), which would allow to predict the development of the milling spindle temperature, based on measured operating data. The accuracy of both created models was determined by statistical methods, and the models were compared with each other.
Self Test of FlowMon Probe
Ivančo, Daniel ; Kořenek, Jan (referee) ; Kaštil, Jan (advisor)
Aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement self test of FlowMon probe. Which is a device monitoring network traffic based on IP flows, developed by Liberouter project team. The thesis includes theories of testing and test categories the self test is related to. There is also a brief description of network monitoring by NetFlow protocol and description of FlowMon probe architecture. Furthermore, the thesis contains the self test design and its description. Final solution consist of two programs. The first one implements packet generator creating all types of required packets and flows used by the second one, which implements the self test itself.

Phenomenon of White
Vítek, Petr ; KRÁLOVÁ, Andrea (advisor) ; SMOLÍK, Robert (referee)
This diploma thesis describes the phenomenon of white color from the Western world’s culture context point of view. The search for white color in fine arts and white color as an expression and an art tool in the theater is the main topic of this thesis. I play with functions of the color in the theater in a way it can appear completely non-theatrical due to the theatrical convention, and yet, it is still widely used nowadays. On the other hand, however, in art, white has become a conventional color in the gallery space of the 20th century. In the practical part of the thesis, I reflect two theater projects, in which I participated as a scenographer in the DISK theater. I am looking for white leitmotifs in the projects and whether you can talk about the motive that represents my creative handwriting.

Car black boxes /the problem of data acquisition and analysis for use in forensic science/
Lenková, Alžběta ; Schmidt, Drahomír
The amount of recording devices for independent installation to cars and trucks is increasing. These devices can be called cars’ black boxes. They measure the fundamental vehicle dynamics and record the actual GPS position of the car; alternatively they are able to record the video sequence. The usage of these devices for the vehicle accident analysis is undoubtedly advantageous. This article is aimed to the problematic of analysis of data acquired from these systems, definition of sources of uncertainties and errors. The aim of this article isn’t in the certain evaluation of any system. The aim is to give an impulse for the expert discussion in the field of demands and requirements to these independent systems from the forensic expertise point of view. A comparison with the EDR units is outlined.
